You need previous a minimum of two years experience of either helpdesk or network support, and clearly demonstrable IT skills. An excellent command of English, the ability to work under pressure, and the desire to give the best possible service are essential.
You will be working in a small company environment, where customer relationships are paramount thus the ability to communicate clearly and relate to the client is important. Our support is primarily office based, but we do provide on-site assistance when required.
