This policy explains how Aprium Limited uses the personal information we may from time to time collect from you. It also describes how long that information is kept for and the limited circumstances in which we might disclose it to third parties.
Personal details we hold:- Aprium Limited holds two types of personal information which allow us to manage your systems:
1. Customer provided information: users contact details, email address and phone number(s).
2. Customer contact records – Records of calls, emails and postal interactions with our website and helpdesk systems and monitoring platform centre are maintained for audit, training, service delivery and service improvement purposes.

Length of time information will be held: In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations, your details will only be kept for the shortest time required in order for us to continue to manage your systems, or to comply with statutory retention requirements. This will vary according to the type of data being held.
To access your personal data If you wish to see full details of the information Aprium Limited holds in connection with you, you will need to make a subject access request under the General Data Protection Regulations.

Keeping your details secure: Aprium Limited only save data on secure platforms. Where computers are taken out of our offices which may contain or have access to your data, those computers are encrypted to protect against loss or theft. We do not store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we keep records of the security code of customers’ credit or debit cards. These details will be requested during the processing of specific transactions if required. Aprium Limited do not keep users password details on file, any written notes are destroyed by end of the day.

Sharing personal information: Aprium Limited do not pass personal data of any nature on to 3rd parties for marketing purposes. Some identifiable data (email address, machine name, IP address etc) may be stored on 3rd party platforms in the course of managing your systems. These platforms exist solely for management purposes and are secure in nature, and in all cases those suppliers also undertake not to pass on any of your details to any other parties. Any variation to this would require your explicit consent in advance.
